2. Choose tickets and coupons you like, add them to the cart and pay with a banklink.

Tickets and coupons you will receive to the email you enter during the purchase process.

Safety is ensured in a few ways:
During the registration process each seller is being identified and we posses such data as Name, Surname, Personal code and other. In a case of need, this set of data is passed to law enforcement institutions.

Seller receives remuneration only 3 work days after event or - in case of coupon - after 7 days coupon was purchased (during this time you have to make sure yourself if coupon is valid). So in case of purchasing not valid ticket or coupon, you will get a money refund.

Send us a message at info@letscmon.com and depending on the situation, we will advise you on how to proceed. Payment to the seller for tickets/coupons is made only after the event (or within 7 working days from the purchase of the coupon), so you are safe that if you purchase an invalid ticket or gift coupon, you will get your money back.

Write to us at info@letscmon.com, send a proof of payment and we will send you an email with purchased tickets/coupons after checking all the details.

You can pay for tickets and coupons by bank transfer.

We are not ticket or coupons sellers and the final price of the ticket or coupon sold is determined by the seller.

The return of purchased tickets or coupons through the website is not possible, unless the buyer agrees with the seller directly. We can only mediate such an arrangement, e.g.: with the consent of Seller give you the his/her contact details.

If the event is canceled and you can get a refund of the ticket value or get new tickets from the organizer, you can contact the event organizer. If the compensation of the ticket value or tickets to a new event is possible only after the ticket has been returned to the organizer by the seller, the seller undertakes to return such a ticket to the organizer, and you will be refunded the value of the ticket or sent new tickets.
